Return and Refund Policy
If for any reason you are unhappy with your item, you are more than welcome to return the item to us for a full refund.
In accordance with the Distance Selling Regulations, any goods can be returned for any reason within 7 working days for a refund, less carriage costs.
If 7 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
In the unlikely event that you haven’t received your refund yet, we ask you to kindly check your bank account again. We would then recommend contacting your credit card company; it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next, we recommend contacting your bank; we often find there is some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org
In the unlikely event that your item arrives damaged, we would kindly ask that you email us alongside an image of the damaged item within 7 days of receiving the item. Once we receive the image we will look into the matter further and be in touch within 24 hours.
Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at email@example.com and send your item to Cernata House, Bank Terrace Barwell LE9 7GG. Please note that we do not pay for an item to be posted back to us if the reason is personal preference.
Shipping & Costs:
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you are shipping an item over £20, we would recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance.
